If you haven't already done so, please make sure that you've provided us with the following information:

• Your full name and postal address – Needed for invoices even if we aren't going to post you anything.
• Hostname – What would you like the fully-qualified domain name of your IP address to resolve to?
• Distribution – Which Linux distribution would you like? Supported distributions are listed on the tech specs page.
• Any other special requirements such as extra disk or bandwidth, how much disk you want to dedicate to local backups, etc. etc.

Optionally:

• PGP and/or SSH public keys – if you want your initial login details to be communicated to you securely.
• Referrals – if anyone referred you to us, please let us know their account name so they can earn their referral bonus!

Any missing information should be emailed to support.

Once we have all the required information we'll have your VPS set up within 24 hours – maybe even sooner. We'll contact you by email using the address your Paypal payment came from unless you instruct otherwise.
